We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

Flexible working with the option to work:

* 40 hours across five days
* 40 hours across four days
* 30 hours over three days

Responsibilities:

* Promote high-quality standards within the nursery regarding the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
* Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
* Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
* Prepare and support children’s activities
In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment.
* Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.


What we are looking for -

* Level 2 or 3 Diploma for Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or
* Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings
* Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
* Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
