About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the program
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families
- Manage the classroom effectively to promote a positive learning environment
- Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the program
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting other staff members
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings
- Experience working with young children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification
